We will be holding an informational rally this year with a presentation of the summer reading program to give the kids an idea of the many cultures of the world in which we all share. We will have book talks, stories, snacks, games and crafts from around the world. So plan on joining us in kicking off the new Summer Reading Program!
30-40 min and consists of basic stretching and strengthening exercises. This one time class gives an overview of exercises that you can then practice at home. Pilates can be challenging, but Restorative-Pilates classes are more relaxing. This chair based class is helpful for rebuilding stamina after injury or those with disabilities.
