Job Opening: Assistant Library Director

The Wautoma Public Library is seeking an Assistant Library Director.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrable proficiency in reference searches, e-readers, & emerging technology, plus an interest in popular literature and a knack for planning and programming.  An outgoing, friendly personality with strong skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork is likewise ideal.  Previous library experience or management experience is a plus.  High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.  This part time position averages 24-26 hours a week, including evenings, and some Saturdays.  Wage range is $10.50 - $12 an hour based on experience, education, qualifications, and abilities.  To apply, please pick up an application and job description at the Wautoma Public Library, deadline is Friday Dec.12th 6pm.
