30-40 min and consists of basic stretching and strengthening exercises. This one time class gives an overview of exercises that you can then practice at home. Pilates can be challenging, but Restorative-Pilates classes are more relaxing. This chair based class is helpful for rebuilding stamina after injury or those with disabilities.
The class can be done by almost everyone, range of motion and gentle yoga & stretching exercises are given. Restorative-Pilates is great for seniors and those with chronic problems such as arthritis or diabetes. Exercises for specific individuals are also covered. Space is limited to 25.
