Use it or Lose it...Improve your Brain's Health!
Like your muscles, your brain needs regular workouts to stay healthy and fit as you age. For instance, have you ever tried to complete a crossword puzzle with your other hand? The "Breakfast for you Brain" program is an interactive brain wellness workshop for active adults. During this five week program, participants will be guided through fun, hands-on, interactive exercises that stimulate brain functioning. The program is co-sponsored by UW-Extension and the Wautoma Library and will meet Thursdays starting February 2nd through Feruary 23, 2012, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Wautoma Public Library 410 W. Main Street, Wautoma WI.
A $15 donation is requested. though scholarships are available. Each class includes a healthy snack, program handouts and materials. For more information, contact Jeanne Williamson at 920-622-5329.
