Coping with Grief During the Holidays

Help Me Make It through the Holidays While Grieving:

Another program, “Help Me Make It through the Holidays While Grieving”, will take place at the library on Friday Dec. 14^th   at 2:30 pm.  The program will be led by Sharon Modrzynski a certified thanatologist through the efforts of Agnesian Hospice Hope.   While it can be a struggle, there are things that can be done to ease grief and make coping less difficult.  Please join us.
